What are ways that we can be kind to other people? Should you be kind to yourself? What does being kind to yourself look like? Being kind to yourself can look like many things: eating healthy, exercise, reading a book, taking a nap, encouraging yourself, and showing yourself grace by not being so hard on yourself when you “mess” up on something. Now take care of yourself by doing this little bit of exercise in this video. Activity: Pick one activity listed below. 1.) Draw a picture of you being kind to someone else. Organization-planning, sorting, and putting things in order 1.In the cartoon, what were some of the distractions that kept the children from staying focused on their schoolwork? 2.Name 2 ways you can avoid distractions and stay focused until your work is complete? 3.Create a time management plan to follow while doing schoolwork at home.
